Founder Denise Brown

Denise Brown is the founder of Restored Foundations Housing.

I started this business from a genuine place of compassion and concern for people who are trying to survive during difficult times. In today’s economy, safe and affordable housing has become out of reach for many individuals and families. Too many people are one emergency, setback, or life transition away from instability.

I believe everyone deserves a clean, safe, respectful place to live while rebuilding, transitioning, or simply trying to move forward in life. My goal is to create shared living environments that offer not just housing, but dignity, community, structure, and hope. Restored Foundations Housing was created to serve individuals from different walks of life who need affordable housing and a fresh start in a supportive environment.

About Business

Restored Foundations Housing provides affordable shared living spaces designed for adults seeking stability, independence, and a safe place to call home.

Our homes are fully furnished and structured to promote peaceful community living while still allowing residents to maintain their independence. We aim to provide a comfortable environment for individuals navigating life transitions, financial hardship, fixed incomes, or rebuilding after difficult circumstances.

At Restored Foundations, we believe housing should be more than just a roof over someone’s head; it should be a foundation for growth, healing, and new beginnings. Every home is built on respect, responsibility, and purpose.

“Your people will rebuild the ancient ruins
and will raise up the age-old foundations;
you will be called Repairer of Broken Walls,
Restorer of Streets with Dwellings.”

Isaiah 58:12— NIV
